Salon owners coaching team, educator for cosmetologists across the country. Licensed Cosmetologist since 1970. Colorado native.

Nick Is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He works tirelessly to help clients navigate the complex financial world. Nick develops comprehensive retirement, education, and financial plans using customized portfolios that ensure clients assets meet their unique needs. Nick was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He lives in Englewood with his wife Nancy, daughter Emilia and dog Dakota. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, hiking and rafting.

Ann Bosso-Johnson

Treasurer

Ann has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, financial services and biomedical as an Accounting Manager/Controller.

She formed her Accounting and Tax business in 2013 and enjoys applying her experience to helping clients meet their business goals. She received

her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver and is currently a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Association of Enrolled Agents.

When not at work you will find Ann hiking with Max and Toci, two black Labrador Retrievers, traveling to Italy, where she still has immediate family, or photographing the beautiful scenery Colorado has to offer.

Simona is a multi-talented creative professional with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in various fields such as graphic design, product and home styling, color whiz, fabric and surface designing, and home staging.

Born and raised in Italy, she has always had an innate love for design, aesthetic objects, beautifully handcrafted furniture, and unique pieces with an authentic story.

Co-owner of DiTirro Drywall and stucco Construction services with her husband of 39 years Dan DiTirro.
A retired United Airlines flight attendant, born in North Denver, and have resided in Arvada for the last 39 years. Serves on the board of Sons and Daughters of Italy for the last 8 years, & manages there bar for events!A very proud mother of two sons, both of which are firefighters and both married and grandmother of twin 14 yr old freshman at Golden high school, & my Cane Corso granddog Clyde!
LOVE interior design, & traveling, going camping, skiing, fishing, and Pilates.

Joannie Flynn

Joannie has been a member of IABA for over 12 years. Having been on the board as secretary, membership chair and now member at large. A great organization she enjoys all activities. Her heritage is 100% Italian (confirmed by DNA). So proud of her family heritage .She is retired from her career job in sales.
